Lee Greenwood Hails Donald Trump as One of America’s Best Presidents

Country music singer and entertainer Lee Greenwood has praised President Donald Trump as one of the best presidents in U.S. history during a recent interview.
Greenwood stated, “I think he’s one of the best presidents we’ve ever had because he has the gumption to make change. It’s really tough.”
He cited the White House expansion project as an example: “Let’s just talk about the extension of the White House, for instance. How many presidents would ever have the audacity to go ahead and make that kind of construction? It’s something we’ve needed.” Greenwood added, “So the president went way out and it cost the taxpayers nothing.” He described the new ballroom as a “beautiful ballroom” and noted it would become “a presentation we’re going to be proud of.”
The artist also highlighted his iconic song, “God Bless The USA,” which he wrote in 1983. “I didn’t put any dates on it on purpose and it has surprised me that it’s been now four generations,” Greenwood said. He emphasized that Trump has “put his mark on my song, and I’m proud of it.”
Greenwood announced that his latest project, the “God Bless The USA Bible,” will be part of his participation in the nation’s 250th anniversary celebrations in July.
