Rep. Eric Burlison, R-Mo., asserted that former President Bill Clinton “had to have known” illegal activities were occurring at Jeffrey Epstein’s properties. The Missouri Republican cited what he described as the former president’s “very, very intimate involvement” with the disgraced financier during his appearance on Bianca Across the Nation Wednesday.

Burlison urged congressional investigators to question both Bill and Hillary Clinton over their alleged ties to Epstein, arguing that their presence alone may have enabled abuse. “At the end of the day, there’s a lot of things,” he said.

While acknowledging Bill Clinton might not have had physical contact with victims, Burlison insisted he “had to have known that something was illegal that was happening.” He referenced public allegations from Epstein victims, noting three individuals publicly stated they interacted with Clinton, including one photographed giving him a massage. “The fact that he was present gives a chilling effect to any of these victims to coming forward,” Burlison added, stating the former president’s connection was “enabling the illegal activity that Epstein was doing at the minimum.”

Burlison further accused the Clintons of stonewalling congressional oversight, claiming they initially refused subpoenas from the House Oversight Committee. “The only two people that would not respond to the subpoena were Bill and Hillary Clinton, acting as if they were above the law,” he said, noting their cooperation came only after a contempt of Congress vote was in effect.

The Missouri representative alleged deep financial and personal ties between the Clintons and Epstein, claiming the Clinton Foundation was “Jeffrey Epstein’s brainchild” with Epstein helping to create and fund it for Hillary. “Even after Jeffrey Epstein was found guilty, there were interactions with the Clintons through Ghislaine Maxwell,” Burlison stated.

Burlison emphasized lawmakers are seeking accountability for victims who believe “the system, the government, law enforcement, and our Department of Justice really let them down.” “We’ll look forward to asking them tough questions,” he said.
