Court documents confirm that “Succession” actor Nicholas Braun will not face charges following his August arrest in New Hampshire for driving under the influence. The case, which involved allegations of impairment and operating a vehicle without headlights, was formally dismissed after toxicology results showed his blood alcohol concentration fell below the state’s legal limit of 0.08%.
Braun was stopped by police on Aug. 30 for driving without lights during restricted hours and later arrested on suspicion of impairment. He entered a not guilty plea on Sept. 12 but was released without bail after posting no bond. As part of his release conditions, he was ordered to avoid alcohol and controlled substances while awaiting further proceedings.
The case remained open until recent toxicology findings confirmed Braun’s BAC levels were below the legal threshold at the time of the stop. No additional legal action is pending against him.
Braun, known for his role as Greg Hirsch on HBO’s “Succession,” has also appeared in films such as “Sky High” and the 2024 biopic “Saturday Night.” He is currently promoting an off-Broadway adaptation of Rajiv Joseph’s “Gruesome Playground Injuries.”
